Election of new Executive Committee will take place at the next Annual General Meeting on Sunday 26th August 2018.
Although all the positions will be available for election , our constitution states, any member wishing to take up the following key positions, are required to have served on the Executive Committee for at least one term out of the past two terms.
President
Vice President
General Secretary
Treasurer
Public Relation Officer
In addition, the below position are also up for election, for which any member of Kutch Madhapar Community (UK) are permitted to stand for
2 Assistant Secretaries
1 Assistant Treasurer
1 Assistant Public Relation officer
6 Advisors
5 Trustees
If you wish to stand or nominate another gaam member for any of the above positions, you must follow the steps below.
1. Complete the Online Nomination Form below, or
2. Fill in the nomination form you've received in the post or download and send the completed form to the address on the form
Both the nominating and nominee must counter sign the postal nomination form. The nominee must also be aware of the duties, responsibilities and commitment required for that role. All nominated candidates will be contacted to confirm details
All postal and online nominations form must be received by 30th July.
